Hunting, the UK oil and gas company, has become the latest broking client that Credit Suisse First Boston has lost to Hoare Govett, the broking business owned by ABN Amro.

Dennis Clark, finance director of Hunting, said: "We decided to make an alternative appointment....We believe it is in Hunting's best interest to have a change."
