Huntsman Gay Global Capital, which employs the former chief financial officer of Citigroup, is seeking bolt-on European acquisitions for its portfolio companies after the hire of a new managing partner.

The new partner, Jim Learner, joins Huntsman Gay from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was most recently in charge of the law firm's European operations.
