Andrew Scott, an investment consultant and actuary at Hymans Robertson, has left to join rival firm Punter Southall .

Scott will head up Punter Southall's Edinburgh office. As part of the move, the firm has also acquired Hymans Robertson's Independent Trustee Services, for an undisclosed amount.
