Icap, the world's largest interdealer broker, has dismissed two traders and passed a report of their activities to the Financial Services Authority, the UK regulator.

A senior source close to Icap's trading floor told Financial News today that "two traders have been dismissed," but he declined to reveal what triggered Icap's actions.
