A rising star at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in London has been handed a new role as the bank plans to grow its loans business.

The Chinese bank has named Benny Zachariah as head of global loan syndications. He was previously head of syndication and sales, focusing on the European market from the bank’s London office.
