The Atlanta-based exchange group is making changes at the top of its European business

ICE names futures and Libor bosses in London

Intercontinental Exchange has chosen new leaders for two of its key businesses in Europe, including the unit that is fighting for the future of the troubled London interbank offered rate.

ICE has hired Timothy Bowler from Goldman Sachs, where he was a managing director in the financial institutions group, to lead the London-based unit responsible for reforming and administrating Libor.
