Icelandic fund picks State Street

State Street Corporation has snapped up its first custody mandate in Iceland from the country's largest pension fund.

The $1.4bn (€1.42bn) fund, Lifeyrissjó?ur Starfsmanna Rikisins (LSR), has hired State Street to provide global custody and accounting services for two newly developed global equity funds.
