Idom Consulting, a London-based IT consultancy specialising in the financial sector, has acquired the IFM internet banking suite from eFunds International for an undisclosed sum.

Idom was eFunds' preferred systems integrator for the IFM product and worked on five IFM projects, connecting the front office internet banking suite to back office banking systems using its BM+ Boing back office interface gateway.
