Industry Funds Management, the investment manager headquartered in Melbourne, has appointed Rich Randall as executive director for debt investments in North America, effective November 4. Based in New York, he will build and lead a specialist infrastructure debt team. He was previously a managing director and head of the project finance group at Royal Bank of Scotland in Stamford and New York.
