Pan-European private equity firm IK Investment Partners has held a final close on its eighth mid-cap buyout fund, raising €1.85 billion, according to a statement.

The fund, which received commitments from institutional backers in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, exceeded its target of €1.6 billion.
