IMA seeks improved governance

The Investment Management Association, the trade body, has put together recommendations to improve the governance procedures of fund managers and trustees in the wake of the US market timing scandal.

The IMA, whose members manage over £2,000bn (€2,862 bn) in assets, has issued a consultation paper to its members reviewing the way in which UK authorised investment funds are governed.
