3i, the listed private equity firm, has reshuffled the top management of its Nordic business giving Gustav Bard the additional role of managing director of 3i Nordic. He has been managing director of 3i Sweden for the past three years. He will replace Alan MacKay, founding managing director of 3i Nordic, who has relocated from Stockholm to London to take up a newly created post as managing director in 3i's European buy-out business.
