CS Technology, a technology consulting and services company, has hired Michael Garibaldi as executive managing director for strategic practice. Garibaldi was previously a senior executive at CIBC world markets where he oversaw technology initiatives including the build out and launch of CIBC's 250-position trading floor in New York six weeks after September 11, 2002. He was also responsible for the IT integration of CIBC and brokerage Oppenheimer, which CIBC bought in 1998.
