Isis Asset Management has hired Mitchell Todd as a senior sector analyst covering life insurance, general insurance and property.

Todd joins from Citigroup Asset Management, where he covered insurance stocks with the global equity research team. Prior to Citigroup, Todd worked as a product analyst at Bank of America Securities and as a corporate finance executive at KPMG. A company spokesman said that Todd's appointment completes the firm's expansion of its research team, which is 14 strong. The research team is led by Tim Haston. Other recent equity analyst hires include Duncan McFadzean from Merrill Lynch and Jonathan Cummins from SG Securities.
