JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management has transferred Michael Hughes, an emerging market analyst, to the firm's European equities team.

Hughes, who has been at the firm for five years, will take over responsibility for the European product management team at the start of December. The team currently runs more than €14bn ($13.6bn) of European assets for retail and institutional clients.
