Six Lazard Asset Management employees have left the company to join a New York-based firm that has recently been set up former Lazard executive Robert Mogenthau.

Three portfolio managers - Ron Saba, Jim Shore and Ray Vars - and three marketing and sales executives will join Morgenthau at the newly established North Road Capital Management, which will manage international and global portfolios for institutional clients and high net worth individuals.
