Neptune Investment Management has appointed Nicholas Boles vice-president of marketing and client services.

Boles was recently director of strategy at Cartezia, a ventures consultancy. He has also worked for Vodafone, EMI and MSNBC. Neptune was formed by Robin Geffen in May, and has enjoyed strong sales since its launch.
