The US fund management arm of Old Mutual has appointed Rose Turiello Mion as vice-president and director of marketing.

She joins from Putnam Investments where she was the manager of defined contribution marketing and has previously worked as the director of institutional marketing at Deutsche Asset Management and director of investment communications at Cadence Capital Management. In her new role, Mion will work with Old Mutual's investment firms and distribution companies and co-ordinate the marketing effort for the group's distribution channels.
