Standard & Poor's, the indices and ratings provider, has hired Richard Hall and Wayne Segers to develop clients relations at S&P's newly established European pensions business. Their main responsibilities will be to support the defined benefit assessment service and the pensions management process assessment, which provide scheme trustees with independent means with a way of assessing their overall credit and investment risks. Hall joins from Mercer Human Resource Consulting, while Segers arrives from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
