Richard Buxton has joined Schroder Property Investment Management's new transaction team.

Buxton, who formerly worked at Prudential, will focus on retail transactions. He joins Crispin Gandy, who focuses on business space transactions. Joe Froud, team head, said: 'Due to the growth in property under management we now have the scale to run a team dedicated to property transactions."
