In brief: SEI hire/Banque Piguet new ceo/FSA investment rules

SEI Investments, the US-based multimanager, has promoted Jean-Louis Azoulay as president, replacing Patrick Serre who has left the company.

Azoulay will continue his role as head of distribution and partnerships but will now also head up the French office. He will report to Karl Dasher, managing director for continental Europe. Alejandro Kerschen as managing director of European partnerships in London has also left the firm but continues to work with SEI on a consulting basis.
