State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), the fund management arm of the State Street Corporation, has appointed Christopher Handley as an investment manager in the firm's indexation team. He will be responsible for UK and international equity portfolios and will report to Rick Lacaille, head of structured products at SSgA. Handley was previously at Henderson Global Investors in London where he was a passive manager. He also worked in Henderson's enhanced index fund team.
