State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) in the UK has hired Minh Hoa Pham as a risk-management analyst in the firm's global fixed-income group. He joins from Schroder Investment Management where he was a quantitative research analyst. At SSgA he will be responsible for the risk management of international fixed-income portfolios reporting to Mark Talbot, the investment manager's head of international bonds.
