Towers Perrin, the global human resources consultancy, has hired Dermot Courtier from the Royal Mail Group to its administration services business.

He will be responsible for the management and delivery of services to the firm's pensions administration and shareplan clients. At the Royal Mail, Courtier was responsible for the defined benefit, senior executive and defined contribution pension plans.
