In brief: Watson hires Frost/Webster joins SSgA/Insight buys property

Watson Wyatt, the pension consultants, has added Margaret Frost, a senior research analyst, to its London-based global investment manager bond research team. Frost previously worked at the Kuwait Investment Office, where she spent four years and was a senior vice-president in the fixed-income department. She had responsibility for the fixed-income portion of the Ministry of Finance fund. Prior to the Kuwait Investment Office, Frost spent eight years as a senior fixed-income fund manager at Citicorp in London. Watson Wyatt employs more than 130 consultants involved in manager research.
