In brief: Watson Wyatt reshuffles/Insight hires/Mellon recruits

Alan Whalley, a managing partner at Watson Wyatt, the investment consultancy since 1999, is to become US regional manager based in Washington. He will be succeeded in London by Babloo Ramamurthy, currently head of the benefits group in Europe. Mark Stewart, currently practice leader of the London benefits team will take on Ramamurthy's former role. Whalley succeeds Charles Wood, who retired last October after 28 years with the company.
