Four heavy hitters in the transatlantic securities industry have formed an international market consultancy to tap into demand for consultancy in the rapidly changing securities markets.

The four are Doug Atkin, former chief executive of Instinet, Richard Kilsby, ex-chief executive of Tradepoint, Benn Steil, senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, and John Woodman, former chief operating officer of Knight Securities International.
