Inflexion, the mid-market private equity investment manager, has appointed Andrew Burns to its Advisory Panel, which is a source of deals and provides mentoring to investee companies.

Burns has significant experience in the leisure sector. He was a finance director of Luminar Leisure, which acquired Northern Leisure to become a FTSE 250 company. He was also finance and commercial director of Rank Video Services Europe, with particular responsibility for European expansion.
