UK buyout firm Inflexion Private Equity has continued its hiring spree with the appointment of an operations executive, as it attempts to raise up to £1 billion in the coming months.

Inflexion has appointed Jon Andrew, a former executive at rival LDC, as value enhancement director, according to a statement.
