Infomatec, the German software company, has moved a step closer to avoiding the embarrassment of becoming the first Neuer Markt company to be forcibly delisted, after it announced this morning that it has a appointed a new designated broker.

WestLB Panmure and Sal Oppenheim, Infomatec's two designated brokers, this month resigned their positions after a dispute with the company over its sales and profit forecasts for this year.
