ING Barings has expanded its credit sales team with the hire of William Franklin from London & Capital, the UK fund manager.

Franklin is moving to a banking role after 10 years' experience on the sell-side and in rating agencies. As well London & Capital he has worked for Robert Fleming and Fitch, the rating agency.
