ING Barings has been hit by another wave of defections that have severely hit its Japanese equities desk in London and its important Hong Kong business.

Two departures are Ashley Kent, head of Japanese trading in London, who is joining Lehman Brothers, and Warren Primhak, head of trading in Southeast Asia, who is moving to Deutsche. Primhak, a 13-year Barings veteran, is believed to be one of the most successful salesmen in Hong Kong.
