ING in talks to buy German bank from Capitalia

ING Group, the Dutch financial services company, is in exclusive talks to buy Entrium Direct Bankers, the German retail bank, from Italian rival Capitalia.

Banking sources said the two are close to a deal for a unit that the Italian press said carried a €500m ($523m) price tag when Capitalia originally put it on the market.
