Ingenious, the media-focused investment, asset management, private equity and advisory group, has recruited Sue Ford from the UK's Channel 4 as finance director.

Ford, a former director of strategy at Deloitte, has spent three years with Channel 4, which operates the UK's fourth terrestrial TV channel as well as several cable and subscription services.
