Insinger de Beaufort, the Luxembourg-listed independent private banking and trust group, is acquiring Jardine Matheson Trust and Matheson Investment International from the Jardine Matheson Group.

The acquisition will strengthen Insinger's international operations and bring in an additional 200 staff members. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
