James Barham, institutional marketing director at Liontrust, the UK listed specialist fund manager, is preparing to leave the firm, in order to join Intermediate Capital Group (ICG).

One of Barham's colleagues at Liontrust, Adam Hayes-Newington, will be joining him at ICG, which has built up expertise in the high yield bond market over many years. ICG, a quoted European mezzanine provider, has been managing funds on behalf of third parties since 1994.
