IntercontinentalExchange, the commodities and derivatives electronic trading system is to acquire the assets of CommodityLogic, a collection of back-office software and hardware, from Enron Net Works, an Enron Corporation subsidiary.

The purchase and sale agreement have been submitted to the US bankruptcy court and are subject to final bankruptcy court approval.
