International Securities Exchange lifts IPO price

The International Securities Exchange, the all electronic options exchange, has increased the price range of its initial public offering by more than 10%.

The exchange said in an updated filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the US regulator, that it plans to offer about 10 million shares within a range of $16-$18 per share, ahead of the earlier estimate of $14-$16.
