International Securities Exchange suffers power outage

The International Securities Exchange came to a short halt today as a power outage cut off trading, the latest such outage at a US exchange.

ISE's options and stock exchange shut down at 10:16 a.m. ET, according to a spokeswoman. The stock exchange reopened at 11:30 a.m., while options resumed trading at noon.
