Invesco Asset Management has hired Tamsin Faiers from Fidelity Investments as assistant fund manager for its European small-caps team.

Faiers, a research assistant at Fidelity, will report to Claire Griffiths, head of the European small-cap team. She joins a team of 27, of which seven are small-cap specialists.
