Invesco Perpetual, the UK fund manager and subsidiary of Amvescap, is to implement the global fund administration system from Mutual Fund Technologies (MFT), the transfer agency system provider and subsidiary of Fidelity Investments.

Invesco Perpetual has used the MFT system for its offshore operations since early 1999. The conversion, which is planned for September 2003, will replace existing in-house developed systems.
