Paul Griffiths is leaving Invesco Asset Management to head Investec Guinness Flight's fixed income business.

The move after six years at GT Management, which was bought by Invesco, represents the next step for Griffiths. 'Investec has lots of opportunities for me. It will be a bigger job, covering all fixed income,' he says.
