Investcorp buys Swedish bed manufacturer

Investcorp, the private equity group has bought Hilding Anders, the Swedish bed manufacturer, an initial public offering candidate in a dormant Swedish IPO market.

The last Swedish IPO was in May 2002 when Alfa Laval, a heating manufacturer raised Skr5.6bn (€624m). Enskilda Securities and Merrill Lynch have just launched the IPO of Dometic, the speciality refrigerator manufacturer, which aims to raise Skr3.8bn.
