Investcorp takes stake in software company

Trema, a financial sector IT specialist, has sold a stake in itself to Investcorp, as part of an €8m ($10.5m) private equity financing round completed this week.

London-based Trema, which provides treasury and fund management software, also raised equity capital from its existing institutional shareholders, the Carlyle Group, ABS Ventures, and Norsk Vekst.
