Investec has arranged a R1.275bn (€129m) financing package against the clock for the development of the a casino and entertainment complex in Durban, South Africa.

Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World, which is sited north of the city centre, includes a casino, restaurants, retail outlets, a cinema, theme park and hotel that had to be built before the start of the holiday season in December.
