Investigation into collapsed bond firm London Capital & Finance delayed

Dame Elizabeth Gloster said that the time the regulator took to process document requests had delayed her team's review

The independent investigation into London Capital & Finance, the collapsed mini-bond investment firm, has been pushed back, following delays by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dame Elizabeth Gloster, a former High Court judge who was appointed to lead the investigation, wrote to the FCA to ask it to extend the original deadline of 10 July to 30 September, which it has.
