Investment banks cloud the issue on diversity

Investment banks are unable or unwilling to provide information on diversity among their staff, despite their stated commitment to encouraging it, according to a survey by Financial News.

Only two banks provided data on the percentage of senior staff that are female and none provided information on the breakdown of their senior ranks by ethnic origin or disability out of a survey of 20 big investment banks in Europe.
