Investment banks offer recruiters 20% sweetener to find more women

Large financial services organisations are grappling with yawning gender pay gaps

London’s top banks are offering recruiters commission hikes of up to 20% in order to persuade headhunters to put more women forward for senior banking roles.

These so-called diversity premiums are being offered among a range of sweeteners for recruiters, including the promise of additional work, as pressure builds on banks to increase the number of women in top jobs.
