Investment body to train sixth formers in new diversity push

Investment Association is working to lay the foundations for a more diverse workforce in fund management

The trade body for the UK's £7.7tn investment industry is to spend six months teaching college students the skills needed to apply for a job in fund management.

The initiative — dubbed Think Investments — marks the latest effort by the Investment Association to lay the foundations for a more diverse workforce in the sector.
