The Investment Association, the trade body for the UK’s £7.7tn fund management industry, has urged its members to get better at hiring and supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and transsexual professionals.
The call was made ahead of London’s annual Pride parade this weekend, as the UK’s financial services industry comes under pressure to become a more inclusive sector in which to work.
